Wow – what an incredible weekend! Our first production of the 2016/2017, Encounters, opened to full houses at all three performances with two incredible and moving original pieces choreographed by dynamic Toronto-based Alysa Pires and our own artistic director, Jorden Morris.
Our dancers looked incredibly strong and the synergy of this company was palpable as they executed stunning performances each night.
If you missed it, don’t fret –Edmonton Journal’s write-up here will give you a taste of things to come for the rest of the season.
A special thank you to all of our patrons, volunteers, loyal donors and especially our new season sponsor, Dentons LLP. We truly couldn’t do this without you and are so pleased that we can!
